Whether it’s google slides, virtual tech tools , kahoot, Mentimeter, or AI tools, she makes sure we get hands-on experience and actually  understand  how things work.  She’s always on the move, checking in, answering questions, and making sure no one gets left behind. Learning from her feels less like a lecture and more like an adventure into the world of technology. You can’t help but stay engaged when Holly is teaching The best Tech tool she asked me think and write about is virtual labs  Virtual Labs are a total game-changer for learning!  No need for expensive lab equipment or worrying about safety hazards—just fire up your laptop and dive into cool experiments anytime, anywhere. Two ISTE standards I would like to implement in my classroom

The ISTE Standards for Educators provide a framework for how teachers can use technology to enhance their practice and student learning. For a science teacher like me, two specific ISTE standards that could be particularly impactful are Analyst and Facilitator . 1. Analyst By analyzing student assessments, quizzes, lab reports, and other types of evaluations, I can better understand the learning progress of students. In a science context, this could mean identifying patterns in student understanding of scientific concepts (e.g., physical laws, biological processes, etc.) and adjusting lessons or interventions accordingly.  For students who may be struggling with specific science content, I can use analytics to provide personalized support, such as differentiated instruction or additional practice problems.  Digital tools, such as automated quizzes, live worksheets, and interactive science simulations allows for real-time feedback to both students and teachers. 2. Facil...
